Please be advised that a Paypal account is required to purchase items on this web site.
Please note all prices are in GBP, Paypal will convert your payment into the correct currency if you are purchasing from outside the UK.

As Paypal processes all payments, Lilly Mac does not have access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.

 

Shipping

Before shipping I will confirm your mailing address via email, to ensure it is shipped to the correct address.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment being received. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

Items are shipped by Next Day Special Delivery in the UK. I am also happy to ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for payment of any customs fees. Outwith the UK, shipping is via Airmail, please contact me ahead of ordering for international shipping prices. Please note that airmail ranges from 1- 4 weeks for delivery.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your item(s). I will do my best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.

Please note for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-refundable.

 

Custom Orders

Please note that I will not be able to take custom orders where I am asked to recreate the work of another artist.

Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and Lilly Mac reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the Site without notice. Lilly Mac will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Lilly Mac may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site. Any personal information you provide to Lilly Mac will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Lilly Mac.

Lilly Mac will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.

  

Refusal of transaction

Please note that Lilly Mac reserves the right to refuse processing of a transaction for any reason or to refuse service to anyone at any time at the sole discretion of Lilly Mac.
